Yes, it is necessary for each person visiting to complete the pre-registration.

Yes. Even if you are visiting for multiple days, please present your Registration Details Confirmation (admission pass) on My Page or show the preregistration email on your smartphone at the reception desk.
(You can also print out the documents and bring it with you.)

As a general rule, advance registration is required to attend the seminar.
If you would like to attend the seminar, please complete your visitor preregistration, and then register for the seminar from My Page (display admission pass).
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register promptly.

The seminars you have registered for will be listed on the "List of Registered Seminar Page" on My Page. Please display the page on your smartphone or bring a printed copy to the seminar venue reception desk along with your business card.
Kindly arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time.
Please be aware that even if you have registered in advance, you may be asked to stand if the room is crowded.

Bringing cameras to take pictures of the venue and exhibits is not allowed.
Also, refrain from using mobile phones and smartphones to take pictures or videos.

For the safety and cleanliness of the venue, please refrain from bringing carts (suitcases, trolleys, etc.) inside.
Additionally, do not bring any dangerous items or items that are prohibited by law.
The venue is expected to be crowded, so we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment.
