The Hoteres Japan, the Caterex Japan, and the Japan Food Service Equipment Show, all held simultaneously in the Kanto region, are collectively known as HCJ, and are some of Japan's largest exhibitions for the hospitality industry, including restaurant, lodging, tourism, and services. The events attract industry-leading buyers and are highly regarded by all involved as an excellent chance for both exhibitors and visitors to expand their business. It is a major event for the hospitality industry, and before the corona pandemic, 1,024 companies from Japan and abroad exhibited 2,420 booths, attracting approximately 60,000 visitors.

What is the ?

“FOODEX JAPAN/International Foods and Beverages Exhibition” is one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in Asia. Started in 1976, it has been held in March every year. FOODEX JAPAN has been highly prized by all parties involved as an excellent opportunity for business expansion for both exhibitors and visitors.
The exhibition registered 3,316 exhibitors(both domestic and overseas combined), 4,554 exhibition booths, and about 100,000 buyers prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.
