01Location Choice Fee
（Limited to 10 companies）

• Exhibitors who apply over three booths can make a request for their booth location from the options to be provided by the Organizer with an additional fee of JPY 220,000-
• Limited to 10 companies of International Drone Expo 2020 or Transport Infrastructure WEEK 2020 on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Those who have only applied for one or two booths are not eligible for Location Choice.

02Corner Booth Fee
（1 booth or 2 booths Exhibitor only）

• Exhibitors booking one or two booths can request to have their booth placed on the corner of the aisles with an additional fee of JPY 86,400 ; booth locations will be determined by the Organizer.
• Limited to 30 companies of International Drone Expo 2019 or Transport Infrastructure WEEK 2019 on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Applicans registered “over 3 Booths” are entitled to have “corner booth” by the secretariat without above fee.

033 sides open Choice Fee
(option for 4 booths)

• Exhibitors who apply 4 booths can request to have their booths opened 3 sides with an additional fee of JPY 324,000;
  booth locations will be determined by the Organizer.

※Exhibitors who apply over 6 booths will be provided 3 sides open booths at no extra fee.

Room Size	Width 2.0 m × Depth 1.0m × Height 2.7m (Door and Key provided)
Period	April 7 (Tue) 9:00〜April 10 (Fri), 17:00（planned）
Rules and Regulations	The Secretariat is not responsible for exhibitors' items in their stock rooms. Smoking and showing exhibits is not allowed in the stock room. The Secretariat allocates the location of the stock room. Number of door is one, regardless of the number of stock rooms. Other equipment (steel shelf etc.) is not included in this service. The Secretariat will inform you of details (location, key delivery time etc.) about 2 weeks before the exhibition period.

Fee	JPY 55,000 per 2m2 (indcludes 10% consumption tax)

Rules & Regulations
This service is available for International Drone Expo 2019 or Transport Infrastructure WEEK 2019 exhibitors only. Only 10 applications will be accepted, in order of arrival. A single exhibitor may register for maximum two advertisement space. Advertisement must include company name, logo, and booth number. The Secretariat shall decide the allocations of advertisement spaces.
