Please be informed that below companies has no relation with FOODEX JAPAN secretariat and Japan Management Association.
Malicious advertising solicitation pretending to be'Exhibitor Directory' (exhibitor information) is occurring.
Advertising Application Swindling
A Portugal Company "Pay Trac Lda., Lisbon Portugal" is reported to be in contact with FOODEX exhibitors via e-mail, ask for your company information to offer adverting and sent the invoice of advertising.
A Slovakian company AVRON s.r.o. is also informed for improperly using the name of FOODEX to offer exhibitors advertising in their www.fairguide.com with 1,271 EUR per year for three years.
A Mexico based company, "Expo Guide S.C".is reported to be in contact with FOODEX exhibitors via e-mail/fax, asking for your company Information to offer advertising on their website with US$1,676 us per year for three years contract.

Company from Costa Rica, sending direct email or letter to let receiver confirm and reply to them.
Once you reply such letters, respondent may charge EUR 1,212. for annual advertisement fee.
