Expected additional fees

Fees below are not included in the exhibition fee.

  • Booth decoration and rental equipment
  • Electric wiring work and usage
  • Water / gas supply and usage, sink rental, etc.
  • Company sign
  • Internet connection construction
  • Part time working staff
  • Printing materials including pamphlets
  • Shipping exhibition products / pamphlets

Payment method

The secretariat will send an invoice based on your application form.
Please pay the fees via bank transfer after you receive the invoice.

 

Cancellation

No cancellation or release of application after the Contract is admitted in principle. 
In the event of the Organizer agreeing to any request for cancellation or release from the Exhibitor, 
the Exhibitor will be liable to cancellation fees as follows.
Please be noted that the Exhibitor will be liable to cancellation for reducing the number of booths within the following dates.

Deadline Cancellation fee
FROM the next day of application deadline (early bird and ordinary) UNTIL the day before the Exhibitor's meeting 50% of the booth fees (excluding tax)
AFTER the day of the Exhibitor's meeting 100% of the booth fees (excluding tax)

The same cancelation policies will be applied for "advertisement / option" and "exhibitor seminar".

 

Layout of booths

The Organizer alone shall determine booth layout taking into account the following points. 
Booth layout will be announced at the exhibitor's meeting (Late November 2017 - Early December 2017).

1) Number of booths / zones, 2) Order in which application is received, 
3)Previous results (number of participation in the Organizer's Exhibition), 4) Items to be exhibited, 
5) Demonstrations (use of water / gas), and 6)Other specifications by each exhibitor.

*Exhibitors with 1 booth cannot get a corner booth. However, 
this excludes exhibitors ordering the option of 2 Sides Open.

*If you need water or gas for sampling and demonstration, 
your booth layout will be limited due to gas volume and water pipes.
