The Japan Management Association (hereinafter referred to as JMA) recognizes the appropriate protection of personal information of its customers and all who are concerned with JMA is our important social responsibility.
We are committed to complying with the following policies in the protection, management, operation, and use of personal information.

Privacy Policy
The following policies define the basic rules that JMA will comply with to appropriately manage and operate the personal information that we possess.
1.Compliance with laws and regulations
JMA is committed to keeping up to date with and complying with all laws and regulations, as well as guidelines and other standards set by the Japanese Government concerning personal information.
2. Assurance of appropriate information management
JMA will assign authorized personnel to manage personal information and will take appropriate preventive and corrective measures to prevent abuse, loss, disturbance, and leakage of personal information.
We will provide education to all our employees on personal information management to ensure appropriate management of such information.
We will place company information at the same level as personal information and manage it accordingly.
3. Purpose and scope of collecting information
When asking for personal information, we will make its intended purpose clear, and only collect information within the scope necessary.
4. Use of information within the scope of intended purpose
We will not use, provide, or outsource the handling of personal information beyond the scope of intended purpose agreed to by its provider or beyond the scope required by relevant laws and regulations or standards.
5. Usage restrictions and management
We will keep the confidentiality of personal information we possess, and will appropriately manage to ensure it shall not be used beyond the scope of consented purpose or beyond the scope required by relevant laws and regulations or standards.
Whenever JMA gives out or receive personal information with outside organization, we will enforce strict monitoring to ensure proper handling of such information.
6. Establishment and continuous improvement of management system for personal information protection
We will set up rules and system to ensure appropriate handling of personal information and implement management system to protect personal information. We will commit ourselves to the continuous improvement of the above.
7. Personal information helpdesk for advices and complaints
We will set up the "Personal Information Helpdesk" to appropriately, conscientiously and promptly respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding personal information we possess. In case of requests to disclose, correct, delete, or stop the use of such personal information, we shall be respond to it with due reasonability.
