Note

  • For corner booths, no panels will be installed on the sides facing aisles. In this case, fascia boards will be installed on the aisle sides.
  • There will be no partitions within booths occupying 2 space units or more.

Corner Booth

  • Exhibitors booking one or two booths can request to have their booth placed on the corner of the aisles with an additional fee of JPY 86,400 Booth locations will be determined by the Organizer.

  • Applicans registered“ over 3 Booths” promise“ corner booth” by the secretariat without above fee.

3 sides open Choice

  • Exhibitors who apply 4 booths can request to have their booths opened 3 sides with an additional fee of JPY 324,000.
    Booth locations will be determined by the Organizer.
  • Exhibitors who apply over 6 booths will be provided 3 sides open booths at no extra fee.

Cancellation by Exhibitor

No cancellation of this Contract is admitted without the Organizer's consent. In the event of the Organizer agreeing to any request for release from the Contract or in part, the Exhibitor will be liable to cancellation fees as follows:

1) 50% of the fee
(excluding tax):
FROM the next day of application deadline TO the day before the Official Exhibitor Meeting (until the day before the TECHNO-FRONTIER Secretariat determines the booth number unless the Official Exhibitor Meeting is held).
2) 100% of the fee
(excluding tax):
FROM the day of Official Exhibitor Meeting (until the day before the TECHNO-FRONTIER Secretariat determines the booth number unless the Official Exhibitor Meeting is held).

Exhibitor must submit all declarations of cancellation or cancellation in part in writing to the Organizer. The cancellation period is judged at the point when such written declaration reaches the Organizer.

Additional Services (Paid service)

Web guide provides you the opportunities to PR your products & company beforehand the event. Data entry shall be done via internet, and shall be posted until deadline. The details shall be informed later.

Booth map shall be included in the guidebook distributed at site.

Rules & Regulations

1. This service is available for TECHNO-FRONTIER 2017 / INTERNATIONAL DRONE EXPO 2017 / Station & Airport Terminal Expo 2017 exhibitors only.

2. Only 10 applications will be accepted, in order of arrival.

3. A single exhibitor may register for maximum two advertisement space.

4. Advertisement must include company name, logo, and booth number.

5. The Secretariat shall decide the allocations of advertisement spaces.

Rules and Regulations

1. The Secretariat is not responsible for exhibitors' items in their stock rooms.

2. Smoking and showing exhibits is not allowed in the stock room.

3. The Secretariat allocates the location of the stock room.

4. Number of door is one, regardless of the number of stock rooms.

5. Other equipment (steel shelf etc.) is not included in this service.

6. The Secretariat will inform you of details (location, key delivery time etc.) about 2 weeks before the exhibition period.

※Depending on the situation, application due is subject to be changed

3. Other services
